We missed you! Team BODYFIT want to make sure that the environment you are coming back into is as safe as possible.
We have been working hard behind the scenes and following the direction of the NSW Government & Health Department as well as adhering to the Fitness Australia framework for safe operations of fitness facilities.
So, our doors are now open and we are so excited to welcome you home!

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE:
Everything we can. We have put into place extensive processes and protocols to ensure your safety. We are following the guidelines set by the Federal Government, NSW Health & the Fitness Australia Framework:

Social distancing of all equipment

Additional sanitisation stations

COVID-19 specific signage and floor markings

Enhanced daily deep cleaning regime

Frequent equipment cleaning

Staff have been trained on their responsibilities to execute our BODYFIT COVID-19 Risk Management Strategy

Mandatory towels

Class number limits, outdoor classes & 15-minute change overs in between classes

Water drinking stations will be turned off

Mats have ben removed from gym floor

Our PT’s will remain 1.5 metres apart from their clients & use verbal correction / instruction only
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU TO KEEP US ALL SAFE:
We ask that every member and guest take responsibility for personal hygiene and respects the space of others. That means:

Please be kind to our team as we all adapt to this new way or working & working out

Scan your membership card every time you enter the club

Washing & sanitising hands, covering coughs & sneezes

Keeping 2 metres from the nearest person

Clean your equipment before & after use
-
Bringing your own towel & using it
-
Bring your own filled water bottle or purchase it
-
Bring your own mat & boxing gloves
-
Do not share or touch anything you don’t have to

Shower & dress at home or work if possible

Do not come to the gym if you are experiencing symptoms or feeling unwell

FAQ’S
When will my membership payments restart?
After the gym reopens on June 13th, your membership will automatically restart as per your regular fee payment cycle
I had a paid in full membership, will I get credit?
Yes, your paid in full membership term will be extended. The lockdown period of time will be added to the original renewal date.
Will the shutdown affect the duration of my contract?
Yes. When your membership is paused or placed on a time freeze, it is not counted towards your membership payments. This means the total balance to settle will remain the same and your contract will resume once we reopen. eg: If you have 6 months remaining on a 12 month contract and your membership is paused for 3 months, you will have another 6 months remaining on your contract when billing resumes.
What if I don’t want to restart my membership just yet?
The usual BODYFIT suspension policy will apply. You will need to notify us in club or in writing. A $5 per week fee will be charged to your account for the length of the suspension for a maximum of 12 weeks.
How can I workout at home after the club reopens?
Our video library of Bodyfit at Home classes will be available on our Bodyfit Miranda Facebook page. Les Mills on Demand workouts will be available via this link

I’m not a member, can I still trial the club?
Absolutely! You are most welcome. Download a free 2 day guest pass or just come in to club and meet our team, they will be happy to look after you.
I wish to cancel my membership
The usual process applies. If you are outside of your contract minimum term, please request your cancellation in writing to [email protected]
I am a Fitness Passport member; can I use your clubs?
Yes, you sure can. We welcome all Fitness Passport members. You have full access to all our classes and facilities. Please scan each time you enter the club.
