Team Bodyfit & our friends at LES MILLS know there's a reason you joined the gym. You could workout at home or go for a run but you came here for MOTIVATION & RESULTS! The overage Group Fitness participant attends our clubs 3 times per week. Not because they have to go to the gym, but because they WANT to go to the gym.
